Get multiple reports on EQiP
There are multiple reports available for EQiP. Feedback report provides the detailed EQ as- sessment and primarily used for selection whereas developmental report gives EQ devel- opment tip along with the assessment and this report is often used in EQ development pro- jects. Apart from this, it is possible to custom- ize the report as per the need of the organiza- tion. Following configurable modules are avail- able in the system and any combination of them can be selected for a customized report:
Profile – Provides the individual`s standard score on each of the 14 facets of EQ with de- tailed personalized interpretation of the scores.
Social Desirability Index - Provides assessment on the tendency of the candidate to project unrealistically positive image and trying to fake the test.
Emotional Competencies - displays emotional competencies of the candidate.
